"After requesting a quote online, State Farm offered me a great auto insurance premium. A representative from the opposite side of the state contacted me, and when I called their office, they weren't available. It was my lunch time at work, the only chance I had to call during normal business hours. So I searched for my local State Farm office, reached Megan, and she helped me get the insurance I needed. "It's so wonderful to call an insurance company and have a human answer the phone! We switched to State Farm this summer after 15 years with another company, and we couldn't be happier. The rates were about the same, but the coverage on our autos and home is actually much better. Megan and her team provide excellent customer service, and we finally feel like we have an agent again. Although we hope we don't have to file a claim, it brings us peace to know if we need help we won't be sitting on hold forever talking to robots. Bottom line: super-friendly, personal service with all the explanations necessary to help you make sure you're buying something you actually need and want."
