"I just switched my home and auto insurance over to State Farm thanks to Kristen. I was working to get quotes on my insurance from all of the different providers. "Kristen was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. We had previously had a different agent through this office and got great service but this time it was like pulling teeth. Kristen had talked to my partner and over quoted them. I called back and she was very obviously frustrated and short over the phone. We could not afford higher coverage and I felt like she thought we were just wasting her time. Got quoted for almost 100 dollars cheaper through progressive."

"We’ve been long time customers to a local insurance company, they assumed we would stay no matter how much they charged. After asking them to review our policies, we were told they shopped several agencies and this was the best price. We called Megan’s office and dealt with Kristen. Literally could not believe the time she took with us? We normally had to wait twenty minutes at old agency to speak with agents and then never got questions answered. Switched every policy we had to State Farm with Megan’s office and saved thousands and received more coverage. Cannot recommend enough!"
